Build your Second Brain
We bring company knowledge and recurring workflows into one working system. Your team can find the history, understand the next step, and build on what the business has already learned.
AI systems for small teams
ZenRocket AI builds bespoke AI Operating Systems and Second Brains for teams under 50. We connect your knowledge, tools, and recurring workflows so your team can find answers, move work forward, and rely less on what only the founder remembers.

People use Claude or ChatGPT. Someone may have built a few automations. Still, the real work lives in old messages, meeting notes, half-documented processes, and the minds of the people who have been there longest.
We bring company knowledge and recurring workflows into one working system. Your team can find the history, understand the next step, and build on what the business has already learned.
We study how work moves through your company, find where AI can create real leverage, and build the custom solution with your team. This may begin with one workflow and grow into a wider operating layer.
The system handles memory and repeatable work. Your people keep control of sensitive decisions, approvals, and customer communication.
Tampah Agent and ChatX are built with the Pi Agent SDK. Each uses a controlled agent harness around the company's data, tools, permissions, and approval rules.
Property operations
A property operations system that reads business conversations, captures useful lead context, prepares replies for review, and gives the owner a clear view of what needs attention.
It helps the business remember without giving AI permission to speak for the team.
Multilingual conversation intelligence
A multilingual conversation system that turns WhatsApp messages, voice notes, and video into an organized, searchable source of company knowledge.
ChatX is designed to answer from cited messages and decline when the source material does not support an answer.
Client story
In a 30-day sprint, we built Luma, an AI Operating System MVP for Thrive Real Estate. It turns WhatsApp chats into a lead and sales pipeline, transcriptions, translations, and a daily brief. Rachel can also ask Luma about a potential buyer or a past conversation.
“This is real engineering, not a quick AI-generated patchwork. The tech stack is sensible, the code is well separated, and the project includes migrations and a proper test suite. That matters because AI-assisted changes become much safer when you can immediately verify that nothing broke.”
Walk us through the messages, workarounds, repeated questions, and decisions that keep returning to the same person. If AI is the wrong answer, we will say so.
We define what the system may do, what needs human judgment, and what the first version must make easier. Your team gets something useful before the scope grows.
Your people use the system during real work. We improve it from evidence, train the team, and expand only when the first piece earns its place.
Technical foundation
ZenRocket AI builds each Second Brain with either the Pi Agent SDK or the Claude Agent SDK, depending on the workflow, infrastructure, and level of control required. Around it, we define what the agent can access, which tools it can use, and where a person must approve the next step.
Pi gives us flexible model access and a controlled agent harness. Claude is a strong fit when Anthropic's model capabilities and native agent tooling suit the work better.
When we build with Pi, OpenRouter lets us match tasks with models based on capability, speed, and cost instead of using the same model for everything.
Where the data and access requirements call for it, we deploy on a client-controlled server with private access through Tailscale. When your team administers the tailnet and access policy, it controls who can connect and can revoke maintenance access.
The full design also covers credentials, permissions, data flow, backups, model access, agent tools, logs, and human review.

A note from Mwzimba
Before I became a developer, I was a frontline journalist. That work taught me to listen past the first explanation and notice what people do when the written process stops matching reality.
Small companies are full of those moments. One person remembers the exception. Another knows which document is current. ZenRocket AI turns that hard-won knowledge into something the whole team can build on without pushing the people who hold it aside.
A repeated question, a messy handoff, or a workflow that depends on one person's memory is enough for a first conversation.
